Glen Highland Farm is 175 acres of rolling countryside where dogs run and people play. Calvert Animal Welfare League We have a limited-intake facility that can house over 30 cats or kittens and up to nine dogs, as well as additional animals in our network of foster homes. Since we limit the number of pets in our care, we can dedicate ourselves to giving each one of them more time and attention, resulting in healthier, calmer animals. The Humane Society of Calvert County, Maryland is a strong community resource and partner, which promotes compassion toward and the humane treatment of animals, by advocating the responsible ownership of companion animals. Lethal White Aussie Rescue This is an interactive rescue board primarily focused on the Lethal White Australian Shepherd (double merle, homozygous merle). Chesapeake Shepherd & K-9 Rescue, Inc. is a unique non-profit corporation dedicated to the rescue, care and re-homing of German Shepherds, Retrievers, other large dogs, mixed breeds and senior dogs.
